Premier Occupational Health Services is an Occupational Medicine specialty clinic. We exclusively treat work injury and illness -- it is our specialty. We obtain a targeted yet thorough medical history, examine carefully to make specific diagnosis, and provide a high level of conservative efficient medical care. The medical records are typed and available immediately at the time of service. We routinely issue a patient and company copy of a summary report including, treatment plan, patient instructions, physician orders, work staus, any activity restriction, and return appointment time. For companies who have established an account with us this report is faxed at the time of service.
